Hey folks, just a quick note to announce the Doris Day Classic Movies page here on Crooner Culture!
Check it out, along with the Frank Sinatra Classic Movies, and you can buy the films to download to your PC (where you can burn them to DVD) or to your TiVo. You can rent some of them for less, but then you lose the ability to keep them.
I’m working on Marilyn Monroe next, do you guys have any others you’d like to see up right away?

I’m working on a few different sections of the Crooner Culture site right now, and one of those sections is about pages where you can watch original movie trailers for classic films featuring your favorite crooners, and then go to Amazon to buy them (where you’ll almost always get the best price for new stuff, even used).

I’m so proud! Michael Buble’s up against Celine Dion and Avril Lavigne for the Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Fan Choice categories at Canada’s Juno Awards on April 6, 2008. Too bad I can’t figure out how to watch them here in NY!

I love Spring. Every year I can’t wait for all the snow to melt, and the flowers to start to come up. It just makes me so HAPPY!
Of course, it’s all ruined a few weeks later when my birthday comes along and I’m hating the idea of getting older, but for a short time, I’m happy. LOL
