Okay everyone – it’s time for the first ever Crooner Culture blog project!
Here’s the skinny…
Everyone has old family photos from the 40’s and 50’s laying around somewhere. Maybe your cousin’s got them all, or your sister, or your 80 year old Uncle Joe. But they’re somewhere.

I couldn’t let today go by without an Elvis post. It’s 30 years ago today that Priscilla found him collapsed, Lisa Marie was only 9 years old.
This is FAR from my favorite version of the song, and this was filmed just two months before he died, but there’s no denying that Elvis took ownership of this song, much like Sinatra did.

Since I’m having so much fun trolling around YouTube today, I thought I’d throw this post up as well!
Wednesday night, my friend Todd and I are going to take some dance lessons with my friend Tina and her husband Matt. According to some, crooners are only male. Others believe in female crooners. Here’s how Wikipedia defines crooner:
